PRADO PHP Conference 2007

This is a message to everyone in the Prado Community!

We are over 2600 users on this forum, and I know there's a lot of great work going on in the community. I think it's time to consider to host our PRADO PHP Conference some time next year. This could be a nice chance to meet other PRADO developers and have a good time.

In example we could have one day with various sessions from Prado users and developers, while the next day could used as and Unconference including lightning talks and a Prado Hackathon.

How, when and if the PRADO PHP Conference 2007 should be hosted will be decided later, however looking at the current visitor map it looks like it make sense to host it somewhere in Europe.

I think Germany would be a very nice place, the Football World Cup has proven this

To be more serious:
France, Benelux, Germany, Switzerland, Northern Italy, would all be fine.

Germany has several larger airports, hence cheaper tickets etc.

Since Germany seems to be a good location we have decided that Berlin will be the location for our upcomming PradoCamp event. We are now looking for a nice hotel to stay in during a weekend. If you have any suggestions please add them to this thread. The exact time and location will be announced early next year.
